The standards of providing qualified legal assistance (PQLA) developed within the project will provide the basis for the establishment of “All Russian network of Unified PQLA Centers”. This aim will be realized upon the initiative of the Association of Russian Lawyers and with the support of state and public bodies, the Bar, business community, universities and colleges.
The project is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the system of continuing education for lawyers. The new educational body will be established on the basis of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers, which will be called Continuing Education and Additional Higher Education Institute for Attorneys and Lawyers. The Institute activities will be disseminated throughout the country by the system of regional chambers.
