Multi-year Programs (over $100,000).

For programs over $100,000, USRF will issue «calls for proposals.» Russian, US, or international non-commercial organizations, as well as Russian government institutions will be eligible to apply. Applicants will need to show co-funding from a Russian institution or organization in order to be eligible for USRF funding.
